More than 3 months before planed trip - € 200.00 handling fee (pre-booking), 3 months to 1 months before planed trip – 40% of the booking amount, 1 month to 1 week before planed trip – 70% of the booking amount, within 1 week of planed trip – 90% of the booking amount
